- If you see there are some scratches on the product’s transparent acrylic plate, please do not worry. These are protective films on it.
- Before use, please tear off the protective film on the inside and outside of the transparent PV panel.
- Suitable for pets up to 18 lbs. But sometimes weight may be misleading to determine whether or not a pet would fit. It is best to measure your pet’s height and length (and measure the space your pet takes up while laying down curled up) and compare those measurements with the dimensions of our backpack (17.3″ H x 13.4″ L x 10.6″ W).
