How to add device to the “Tuya Smart” APP to achieve remote control?
Step 1: Scan the QR code on the User Manual or search “Tuya Smart” in App Store / Google Play to download the APP. Register and log in your account.
Step 2: Power on your Pet Feeder. Make sure your phone is connected to 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi and its Bluetooth function is turned on (for automatic and quick device searching).
Step 3: After entering the interface, wait for the device to discover automatically. After the device appears, click “Go to add”, then click “+” to add the device.
Step 4: Enter the Wi-Fi account and password that your phone has been connected to.
Step 5: Wait for the Pet Feeder to 100% connect to the network.
Step 6: After the device is added successfully, you can rename the device as you please, then click “Done” to enter the Control Homepage.

Never Worry About Power CutYou can power on the Feeder with 5V/0.5A DC adapter or 3 pieces D batteries (installed in the bottom battery box, NOT included). DC power supply is preferred. Trouble Shooting (You can also refer to User Manual to Get More Details)
1. The Feeder cannot discharge foods properly.
Please ensure that the diameter of the kibble is 2-10mm / 0.07-0.4in. The overlarge kibble may get stuck at the food outlet; Suitable for dry foods ONLY, do NOT put in wet foods; Please check if there is excess food in the food tray or blockage in the food aisle, and clear the outlet and aisle in time.
2. The network connection always fail.
Please make sure it is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. If your home network broadcasts both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, turn off 5GHz Wi-Fi in the network settings; Press the “RESET” button on the Feeder for 10s. power off and restart the router, then wait for 2 minutes before configuration; If still failed, use one phone to turn on the hot spot and another one for connecting to this hot spot, then configure it.
3. The Feeder has no response when powered on.
Please make sure the power adapter and power cable are plugged in place; Check if the socket at home is in poor contact, if so, please replace it in time.
4. The Feeder is often offline.
Please put the Feeder within the distance of 6m away from the router, also make sure there is no any interference or blockage between them; If still offline, re-start the Feeder and router, or try to change another router if its compatibility is poor.
