Before Connection:

1. Power on the device using the USB cable.
2. Scan QR code and download Tuya APP.
3. Open the Tuya APP and register your app account & log in.

Note：Support iOS 9.0 or higher iPhone; support Android 4.4 or higher smartphone.

Only support 2.4G network connection, not support 5G network for now

WiFi Connection and Quick Configuration：

1. Open the APP, click “Add Device”, click “Wi-Fi Pet Feeder”.
2. Enter the correct Wi-Fi password of your home. (Note: The feeder supports ONLY 2.4Gwifi, 5Gwifi signal will cause connection failed. The WIFI Password should not exceed 12 words and digitals, and not include special symbols)
3. Device added successfully.

Note: If connection failed, make sure the bluetooth turned on, then long press the “RESET” for 6 seconds until the blue light flash every 0.5 seconds. (the state of the blue light flashing will determine the connection mode)

After Successful Connection:

1. You can enter the app to set up the feeding schedule for your pet.
2. The feeding history is also be stored for checking in the app.

Troubleshooting Tips:

1. Support 2.4GHz signal, not 5GHz signal.
2. Please make sure the distance of the feeder and router less than 10 meters for the better signal.
3. Suitable for dry food ONLY, and please make sure the diameter of kibble 2-10mm.
4. Compatible with iOS and Android System.
